A read-only seat for the client

Invite them as an observer. They can read the workspace's boards — a private board only if you add them to it — and get no control that writes: not a disabled one, an absent one. They sign in to look.

Deleted cards wait 30 days in Trash

A card, list or board you delete can be restored from Trash for 30 days, and every move a card makes is written to that card's own history. Deleting a whole workspace or your account is immediate and cannot be undone.
